Founder of K Tech Consulting with over 25 years in the security industry. Electronic Engineering graduate (Leeds, 1994), former Regional Technical Manager for Security in the Middle East, and lead consultant on the Burj Khalifa security installation.

Ajith Puthiyodan
Lead Engineer
A Security Engineer with over 10 years of experience in the Security and IT industries, Ajith has worked on landmark projects including the Burj Khalifa and AUH Midfield Terminal. He is primarily responsible for the quality of installation works at K Tech Consulting, ensuring that design quality is implemented by integrators on every project. His expertise spans video surveillance, access control, intrusion detection and security intercom systems, through to installation, testing and commissioning.

Harish Karichery
Security Engineer
Harish brings over 9 years of experience in ELV Designing and Construction, with strong expertise in Site Engineering, Designing and Draught, Estimation, Procurement and Installation of various systems, as well as Tendering of ELV systems. His responsibilities at K Tech span the full design cycle — from video surveillance and access control through to construction supervision, prequalification of subcontractors, and site inspection including testing and commissioning.

Micca Ella Ferrariz
Security Engineer
A Professional Electronics Engineer with 6 years of experience in Extra Low Voltage (ELV) and Electronics Security Systems across both the Philippines and Dubai. Micca is well versed in most major security systems manufacturers' products and has provided expertise in security system design and engineering. Her background spans operations management, project coordination and technical engineering across commercial, retail and marine sectors.

Her career includes senior roles in Quality Assurance, Project Coordination and ELV Engineering across major UAE and Abu Dhabi projects. She holds certifications in Project Management, Scrum, Six Sigma and Hikvision.

His career spans senior project engineering, commissioning and procurement roles across major UAE developments. He is certified in Cyber Security, AutoCAD, VMS, Indiovision and KNX.

Prior to joining K Tech Consulting, he held ELV Project Engineer and Electrical Engineer roles in Abu Dhabi and India. His certifications span a wide range of security and networking platforms including Genetec, Milestone, Axis, Aviaya and Leviton.

Abdul Basit
BIM Coordinator
Abdul has 13 years of overall experience, with 9 years in the UAE at an internationally reputed Engineering consultancy firm as a CAD specialist. He has extensive experience with security and IT system drafting and assists in preparing design in conjunction with the team. Abdul specialises in security systems design including VSS, ACS and intercom systems, and takes a lead in managing the quality, coordination and implementation of all REVIT, BIM and CAD engineering design and draughtsmanship.

A skilled draughtsman with an eye for detail, Johnson has over 9 years of experience in electromechanical and security drafting of design and shop drawings. He specialises in security systems design including VSS, ACS and intercom systems. His career includes CAD engineering roles at Johnson Controls International, Yokogawa Engineering and Honeywell Middle East, and he has contributed to landmark projects including the Burj Khalifa and Dubai Creek Harbour.

His background spans CAD specialist roles at SMEC Philippines (a Surbana Jurong Group member), DRC International Electromechanical and Dai Nippon Construction, with key project experience including the NEDZAB Airport Development Project and the North South Commuter Railway Project.

Prior to joining K Tech Consulting, he worked as a BIM Modeller at Mimar Emirates Engineering Consultant. His key project experience at K Tech includes Mezyed Police Station, Wadi Safar Hilltop Hotel, Dubai Square Mall and Dubai Mall Grand Drive Expansion.

Business Support Manager
Rashmi leads the business support function at K Tech Consulting, overseeing the administrative and operational processes that keep the firm running efficiently. She works closely with the leadership team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations across the Dubai office.

Najla manages the human resources and finance administration functions at K Tech Consulting, supporting recruitment, onboarding, payroll and financial record-keeping. Her role is central to maintaining the firm's compliance and people operations.
Mohammad Usama Yaser
Senior Document Controller
Mohammad brings more than 15 years of experience in administrative works including construction and documentation. A graduate of BSc Computer Science from Thiruvalluvar University, Tamil Nadu, he is currently focused on project site documentation and design documentation. His career spans Senior Document Controller roles at Emarat Aloula (Ali & Sons Group) and Tornado Groups, as well as Document Controller positions at Al Habtoor Leighton Group and Kharafi National. At K Tech Consulting he acts as the key point of project administrative liaison, responsible for all aspects of document management, receiving and sending out documentation reviews, and coordinating with client personnel for smooth project flow and scheduling across both design and construction supervision stages.

Her career includes Lead Document Controller at Emirates & Al Nasr (EGYCO), CRM Administrator at Hogar Properties, and Document Controller and Budget & Management Specialist at Rimond Middle East. At K Tech Consulting she acts as a key point of project administrative liaison, responsible for all aspects of document management, coordinating documentation reviews and ensuring smooth project flow across design and construction supervision stages.
